I've been teaching ladies' group fitness for 15 years now. I enjoy seeing the results the ladies achieve. I put 100% into my classes! I LOVE helping ladies reach their fitness goals & will help in any way possible!! The class is a relaxed tone and there is never any yelling but it does push you to reach your goals. We work out as a group and finish as a group so that no one feels left out. It's a fun supportive group of women all after the same goal - TO GET HEALTHY & FIT!!
